Todd-Wadena members receive monthly electricity bills on or near the 10th of the month. Payment is due by the 20th.

A penalty of $1.00 or 1.5% whichever is greater is assessed for late payments. Each member is allowed one late payment without penalty each year. If a payment is not received by the next billing period, the following bill will provide the steps necessary to avoid disconnection of service and associated disconnect/reconnect fees.
